BODY RESTORATION

because training is only part of the project

YOUR BODY DOESN’T STOP NEEDING SUPPORT WHEN YOUR WORKOUT ENDS

PFP's Body Restoration services give you ways to address pain, support recovery, understand your progress, and simply give your body a minute.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

GET BACK TO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO

MOVE BETTER. BUILD CONFIDENCE.

Physical Therapy at PFP gives you one-on-one care focused on your individual needs, goals, and movement. Whether you're dealing with an injury, managing something ongoing, returning to activity, or trying to understand why something keeps bothering you, your physical therapist can help you build a path forward.

You don't need an injury to need restoration

MASSAGE THERAPY

RECOVER. RESET. KEEP MOVING.

Massage Therapy gives your body dedicated time to recover from training, everyday stress, or simply being a person with muscles that occasionally have opinions. Choose the session length and style that feels right for what your body needs.

THE MORE DATA, THE BETTER

NOT JUST ONE NUMBER ON THE SCALE

The InBody 270 gives you a more detailed look at body composition and provides useful information you can track over time. At PFP, it's one tool, not the whole story. Standalone scan: $25

INFRARED SAUNAS

SOMETIMES THE PLAN IS TO DO LESS.

SLOW DOWN. FIND YOUR QUIET.

We have three infrared saunas available as part of our restoration offerings (plus onsite showers and lockers!)

A room with five wooden sauna cabins with glass doors, a small black stool, a white shelf with folded towels and black sneakers, a shiny metallic container on top of one sauna, and a green wall with a red "EXIT" sign.
Close-up of a collection of smooth, flat, black stones inside a white, scalloped dish, underneath an open metallic device, on a wooden surface.

TRAIN. RESTORE.

REPEAT AS NEEDED

There's no perfect PFP routine. Use the services that support your body and your life.

Please note that you can only book an appointment with an active MindBody account
