INFRARED SAUNAS AT PFP

Unlike a traditional sauna that heats the surrounding air, an infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm the body. Whether sauna time becomes part of your regular restoration routine or something you use occasionally, the idea is simple:

SLOW DOWN. HYDRATE. GIVE YOUR BODY SOME TIME.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WEAR LIGHTWEIGHT CLOTHING • HYDRATE BEFORE + AFTER YOUR SESSION

If you're new to sauna use, start conservatively + build gradually
