NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

DON’T WORRY, THAT’S OUR JOB

YOUR FIRST WORKOUT ISN'T YOUR FIRST STEP.

BEFORE WE ASK YOU TO LIFT ANYTHING, WE WANT TO GET TO KNOW YOU.

EVERY PFP JOURNEY STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION AND A PLAN.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO WALK INTO THE GYM ALREADY KNOWING WHAT YOU NEED!

Your first required onboarding step is a 45-minute Fitness Assessment. We'll talk about where you are, what you want, and what we should know before helping you choose your next step.

YOU HAVE OPTIONS!

WOULD YOU RATHER TALK?

+ SAVE $20

Tell us everything! Your goals, previous fitness experience, nerves, schedule, what you’ve loved or hated in the past. Or you can simply say, "I have no idea..." Schedule your assessment during a call with a PFP coach and we'll waive your assessment fee.

45-MINUTE ASSESSMENT

FOR $20

We'll talk about your health history, goals, and experience; walk through a few basic movement patterns; complete your InBody scan; and use what we learn to recommend the training options that make sense for you.

A woman with a ponytail is lifting weights in a gym, kneeling with a barbell with green weight plates. Coach Gina stands nearby, observing. The gym has posters, weightlifting equipment, and a mirror in the background.

YOUR FITNESS ASSESSMENT ISN'T A TEST.

WE’RE SIMPLY LEARNING WHERE YOU’RE STARTING

During your 45 minutes together, we'll talk about your health and fitness history, goals, training experience, schedule, previous injuries or limitations, and what you're hoping to get from PFP. We'll also look at how you move and complete an InBody 270 Body Composition Scan so we have useful starting information.

no passing or failing
