MORE VALUE, MORE FLEXIBILITY: COMING THIS SEPTEMBER
Unlimited Classes Are Coming to PFP Training Memberships!
At Pittsburgh Fitness Project, we believe your membership should give you the tools, support, and flexibility you need to reach your goals. Starting this September, we are making an exciting update to our Personal Training and Semi-Private Training memberships that gives members more opportunities to train, build consistency, and get even more value from their PFP experience.
Beginning September 1st, all new recurring training contracts with 8 or more Personal Training or Semi-Private Training sessions per month will include Unlimited Group Fitness Classes at no additional cost. For members training four times per month, we are also introducing a discounted Unlimited Class add-on option to make it easier and more affordable to increase your weekly training frequency.
This change is designed around one simple idea: The more consistently you train, the better your results will be.
Why We Are Adding Unlimited Classes
We know that progress comes from consistency. While personal training provides the structure, accountability, and individualized coaching needed to reach your goals, additional training opportunities throughout the week can help accelerate progress.
Adding group classes allows members to:
Increase weekly training frequency
Build strength and conditioning
Improve movement quality
Practice skills outside of personal training sessions
Stay engaged with the PFP community
Your coach will continue to guide your primary training plan, while classes provide an additional opportunity to move, challenge yourself, and stay consistent.
A Complete Training Experience
Fitness success is rarely created from one workout per week.
The most successful members build routines that include a combination of:
Strength training
Conditioning
Mobility work
Recovery
Accountability
Community support
By combining personal coaching with unlimited access to classes, members have more flexibility to create a routine that fits their lifestyle. For example, a member completing two personal training sessions per week can now add group classes throughout the week to improve conditioning, increase activity, and continue progressing toward their goals.
Updated Membership Options
Starting this September, members will have more flexibility when choosing the training option that best fits their goals.
Training Memberships With 8+ Sessions Per Month
Members with recurring Personal Training or Semi-Private Training contracts that include 8 or more sessions per month will receive:
Personalized coaching
Individualized programming
Progress tracking
Unlimited PFP Group Fitness Classes included
This option is ideal for members looking for a complete training solution with maximum flexibility.
4 Personal Training Sessions Per Month
Members who currently train four times per month will have the opportunity to add Unlimited Group Fitness Classes at a discounted membership rate.
This option provides a great balance for members who want:
Weekly personal coaching
Additional workouts throughout the week
More accountability
More access to the PFP community
Current Members: What Changes For You?
Current members will have the opportunity to review these updated options during their September Fitness Assessment.
During your assessment, your coach will discuss:
Your current goals
Your progress
Your training frequency
Your schedule
Whether your current membership is still the best fit
If you are interested in increasing your training frequency or adding unlimited classes, your coach can help you determine the best option. Our goal is not simply to change memberships—it is to make sure your membership matches where you are today and where you want to go next.
Building Better Habits Through Consistency
One of the biggest predictors of success in fitness is showing up consistently. More opportunities to train means more opportunities to build momentum. Whether your goal is losing body fat, gaining strength, improving performance, or simply becoming healthier, having access to more training options makes it easier to stay on track. We want PFP to be more than a place you visit a few times per week. We want it to be your complete fitness home.
The Next Chapter at PFP
This membership update is part of a larger series of improvements launching this September, including:
Updated fitness assessments
InBody 270 body composition tracking
Monthly coaching check-ins
Quarterly progress reviews
Semi-Private Training opportunities
All of these changes share the same purpose: Providing better coaching, better accountability, and more value for every member. We are excited to continue improving the PFP experience and helping our community achieve more together.
More training. More flexibility. More value. Starting this September, your PFP membership goes further.
