Calling all Pittsburgh dads! Whether you’re chasing toddlers, coaching sports, or just looking for a way to get back into shape, Pittsburgh Fitness Project (PFP) has created the perfect program just for you. Introducing DadFit — a supportive, motivating fitness community made for fathers who want to feel stronger, move better, and connect with other dads.

And the best part? We’re kicking things off with a FREE DadFit Community Class — and you’re invited!

Free DadFit Community Class:
Starts Saturday, October 18th at 7 AM

Looking for a way to kickstart your fitness journey or find a group of like-minded dads to work out with? Our Free DadFit Community Class is the perfect place to start. This workout is beginner-friendly but challenging enough for dads with some fitness experience too.

You’ll get a great sweat, expert coaching, and the energy of working out with other dads who want to get healthier — all in a fun, no-pressure environment.

Coming in November:
DadFit Small Group Training

After our free Saturday classes kick things off, DadFit officially launches Small Group Training in November!
This is your chance to level up your fitness with a structured program designed for dads at different stages in their fitness journey.

Mondays & Wednesdays:
5–6 AM — Intro to DadFit

Perfect for dads who want to start working out but may feel unsure where to begin.

  • Beginner-friendly, with a focus on learning proper form and technique.

  • Supportive group of dads all starting at similar fitness levels.

  • A comfortable environment to build confidence and strength.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:
5–6 AM — Fit Dad

Ideal for dads who already have some fitness experience and want to push themselves.

  • Focus on increasing overall fitness and performance.

  • High-energy workouts with like-minded dads who want to get stronger, faster, and fitter.

  • Great for anyone ready to take their training up a notch.
