INTRODUCING PFP DADFIT
Our Newest Small Group at PFP!
PFP Dadfit is less about building 6 pack abs and more about building a pack of 6 dads committed to bettering themselves together. The strength of the dad is in the pack. The strength of our pack is in each individual dad. Let's grow in fatherhood together.
My Story
Lost my dad at 10 years old because of a medical event. I have 3 kids now, I want to see them grow old and want to be present. I want to be there for them physically, mentally, and emotionally. This includes being fit enough to go on whatever adventures that life may bring .
Who It's For
Any dad or expecting dad who is looking for a way to stay in shape, build fellowship with other dads, and be in a supportive community of men looking to improve their fitness.
The Workouts
We will be focused on developing strength through barbell, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. We will also combine cardiovascular conditioning and bodybuilding to become our fittest selves.
Who Can Do It
Intro to Dadfit: Any dad who wants to get started in the gym but has little to no previous gym experience. This is beginner friendly and all members of the group will be starting from similar fitness backgrounds. We will be more focused on learning and proper technique in this group .
FitDad: Dads with previous fitness experience who are looking to join a fitness group, increase their overall fitness, and be pushed with a group of men with similar goals . The primary focus of this group will be to push ourselves and become the fittest versions of ourselves.
