The kettlebell is a tool that helps you develop strength, power, and athleticism in your workouts and confidence in your daily life.

This 6-week workshop-style course is designed to help you master the foundations of kettlebell training and feel more confident in class and at the gym. This progressive course will help you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to execute highly effective full-body kettlebell workouts on your own or within a class. Throughout six weeks, you will learn the KB swing, clean, get up, snatch, and so much more. This course is an opportunity to learn how to incorporate the kettlebell as a tool for your life and get an amazing workout while doing so.

All ages and ability levels are welcome.
