Small group training is new at the Pittsburgh Fitness Project. These groups are centered around your specific goals and schedule. They are between 2-4 people and can meet 1-3 times a week. This allows you and your pod of friends to come in on your own schedule.
Small group training allows you to choose a specific training program tailored toward your goals, i.e Women’s Barbell, Running Strength, Starting Strength, Teen Sports Performance, etc…
A small group is great for someone who wants more personalized attention than a larger group but also doesn’t need an entire one-on-one session with a trainer.
Small group training also allows you to choose a time slot for you and your crew to come in. If you’re not comfortable around a lot of people, PFP generally has some “dead” hours where the gym is empty. Talk to one of our coaches and figure out when is the best time for you to come in.
