There are so many aspects of health and thinking about all of them can be overwhelming to say the least! At PFP, we want to meet you where you are, no matter where you are in your process. The PFP Pass is a great option for those ready to get started. For just $50 per month, pass holders have access to both our Open Gym and a number of PFP Classes.

Enjoy this strength and conditioning class that's easy on the joints. Ideal for any injury recovery or for older adults.
This structured class will provide a high intensity Cardio boost to get your day started. (The class runs at 5:15 AM M-W-F and Sat 8 AM)
This beginner to intermediate mat pilates class emphasizes flexibility and mindful breathing as you work your core.
A great cardio class! Not traditional dance Zumba but you are moving to music. Get Strong!
