Mindfulness is the psychological process of bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment, which can be developed through the practice of meditation and other training. Easier said than done, in today’s world, being mindful is extremely difficult. We live in a world of worry and distraction. Too often we find our minds wandering to what has been and what has yet to come.
