PFP Burn-This boot camp will be run using classic Tabata style (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest) to push both your strength and endurance. If you are looking to burn fat than this class is for you!
PFP Strong-This class uses standard strongman equipment including kegs, yokes, prowler sleds, and more to help you build power, strength, and endurance. This class is great for both beginner and advanced athletes. For those wanting to tie in cardio with their strength training!
PFP Power Hour-This non-stop aerobic style workout will incorporate strength training and various types of cardio to keep your heart rate elevated for the duration of the class. Bring a towel and water bottle and be prepared to sweat it out! For those looking to mix it up with a new twist on traditional boot camp style workouts
PFP Fight-Looking to improve your striking while getting a killer workout? PFP Fight is designed to not just get your heart rate up but to teach you the skills of boxing. For those looking to get a great workout while learning to kick a little butt along the way!
Zombie Fit-This class will provide 1. Cardio (to run from zombies), 2. Martial arts (to fight off the zombies), 3. Obstacle Racing (to climb over or get around anything in your way.) Make sure you are prepared for the zombie apocalypse. For those looking to be ready for whatever life throws their way!
PFP Recovery-Feeling sore and achy and needing to work on flexibility? Targeting core and working on flexibility, this low impact class will leave you feeling refreshed and empowered. For those looking for a great way to recover from a long week of work and workouts!
